GUIDE - INTRODUCTION

Use this garment selector tool if your hazard can not be found in our database or if you would like more flexibility in the garment selection process.

Given the limitless combinations of hazard scenarios, it is not possible for DuPont to have barrier test data for all of our fabrics against all the hazards for which you need to select appropriate chemical protective garments. This is where Guide can help.

Using the guidelines established in ASTM F1186 and/or the guidance given in the OSHA Technical Manual(2), the Guide product selector tool can help you navigate the garment selection process one step at a time. From defining your hazard and exposure level, to selecting appropriate fabrics, seams and designs, Guide can help you find suitable garments for your unique set of exposure conditions.
